Product Details

Superb commercially spun yarns. Made from Australian finnsheep fiber sourced from the Adelaide Hills and Central Highlands of Victoria. Each ball contains 85% super-soft finnsheep wool & 15% baby alpaca (because we couldn't resist adding a little alpaca as well).

Australian finn fiber sent to New Zealand for spinning and returned back to us here in Oz.

Currently available 8ply in 50gram balls. 6 colors: natural cream, royal blue, rufous red, watermelon pink, soft peach & silver frost. 85% finn fiber, and 15% alpaca (as l couldn't resist adding some!)

50gram 8ply specs: 100m/110yds -- Knit Needle size 4mm/UK8/US6 -- Tension 22sts, 30 rows, for 10cm square.

50 gram 4ply specs: 185m/230yds -- Knit Needle size 3.25mm/UK10/US3 -- Tension 28sts, 36 rows, for 10cm square.
